How to choose the suitable model of label sticking machine

Before purchase the labeling machine, please read below questions to help you choose the suitable model:

1.      What material of machine can you choose?

In generally, the important parts of standard machine are made with 304 stainless steel , body of machine is made of 201 stainless steel. If you have any special requirements like: complete machine made with 304SUS or 316 SUS. All these can be done, but price will be difference according to difference material requirements. Normally our standard configuration is good enough.

2.      What kind of brand do you choose for the main machine electric component are you keen on?

For example: We use MITSUBISHI brand PLC, if you need Seimens brand, the cost will be different.

3.      What kind of brand of pneumatic components do you need?

All pneumatic parts are made in China with good quality. If you have any special requirements Like: air cylinder of stick label applicator made with Taiwan AIRTAC or SMC etc, but price will be difference accord to difference brands.

4.      What kind of situation in your side to choose the label machine?

Capacity: what kind of labeling speed do you need to choose automatic and semi-automatic machine.

How many labels do you want to apply: one side, two sides or three sides

Where do you want to put label:  top, side or bottom

What kind of label do you use: transparent or opaque

5.      What other information should the clients supply to check the suitable model?

The clients need to provide the size of container and labels, and send the photos of container with label for double checking.

6.      What information should the clients need to collect?
